You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. rm88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. You are advised to:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device or public network.
- Report any suspicious activity to the rm88 support team promptly.
Rm88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The identity verification process (KYC) requires valid official documents and must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. rm88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose its own fees, which are beyond our control.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- Any active bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements may affect your eligibility to withdraw.
